Please read these terms carefully before using our mobile bartending services in Denver, Colorado.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Denver Mobile Bartender's website and services. By accessing our website or booking our mobile bartending services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Denver Mobile Bartender provides professional mobile bartending services throughout the Denver metropolitan area and surrounding Colorado communities. Our services include:
- Professional bartending staff for events
- Mobile bar setup and equipment
- Craft cocktail preparation and service
- Bar supplies, glassware, and mixers
- Event cleanup and breakdown
- Custom cocktail menu creation
Booking Process
- All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email or signed contract
- A deposit is required to secure your event date
- Final guest count and details must be provided 7 days before the event
- We reserve the right to decline service for any reason
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required upon booking confirmation
- Remaining balance due on the day of service
- Payment accepted via cash, check, or credit card
- Late payment fees may apply for overdue balances
- All prices are subject to applicable taxes
Pricing
Pricing is based on event duration, guest count, services requested, and location within the Denver metro area. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Client Cancellations
- 30+ days before event: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 14-29 days before event: 50% refund of total contract amount
- 7-13 days before event: 25% refund of total contract amount
- Less than 7 days: No refund available
Force Majeure
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will work with clients to reschedule or provide appropriate refunds.
Service Provider Cancellation
If we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, we will provide full refund and assist in finding alternative service providers when possible.
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate event information (date, time, location, guest count)
- Ensuring venue access and adequate setup space
- Providing access to running water and electrical outlets
- Obtaining necessary permits for alcohol service at public venues
- Ensuring guest behavior does not interfere with service
- Providing safe working conditions for our staff
- Complying with all local laws and venue regulations
Venue Requirements
- 6-8 feet of table space for bar setup
- Access to running water within 50 feet
- Electrical outlet within 25 feet
- Parking space for service vehicle
- Protection from extreme weather conditions
Responsible Service
Our bartenders are trained in responsible alcohol service and reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to intoxicated individuals
- Check identification for age verification
- Limit alcohol consumption when necessary
- Stop service if safety concerns arise
Legal Compliance
- All bartenders hold valid alcohol service licenses
- We comply with Colorado state and local alcohol laws
- Service limited to guests 21 years and older
- Special permits may be required for certain venues
Our Coverage
- We carry comprehensive general liability insurance
- All staff are covered under workers' compensation
- Liquor liability coverage included in our policies
- Certificates of insurance available upon request
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total contract amount. We are not responsible for damages caused by guest behavior, venue conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for any damages to our equipment caused by guests or venue conditions, and for ensuring adequate insurance coverage for their event.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Denver Mobile Bartender and protected by copyright laws. Our custom cocktail recipes and service methods are proprietary.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without written permission.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through:
- Good faith negotiation between the parties
- Mediation if negotiation fails
- Binding arbitration under Colorado state law if mediation is unsuccessful
These Terms are governed by Colorado state law and any legal proceedings must be conducted in Denver County, Colorado.
